1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Happy Husband ("the Service") at happyhusband.ai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Happy Husband.

2. Description of Service

Happy Husband is a subscription-based service that delivers AI-generated relationship insights based on your partner's menstrual cycle. Forecasts are delivered by email according to your chosen notification preference and subscription plan.

• Free trial: the full daily product by email for 7 days, with no payment details required.
• Daily plan: one email per day after the trial.
• Your partner: if invited and she accepts, she may receive her own daily email and can update or delete her cycle data at any time.

3. Delivery

The service is delivered by email only. We do not currently send SMS messages and do not collect a phone number for that purpose. Should SMS be introduced, these terms will be updated and your consent obtained before any message is sent.

Emails are sent once per day at the time you choose. If you invite your partner and she accepts, she may receive her own daily email and can stop it at any time from a link in that email, without needing an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Happy Husband provides general wellness information only. Our AI-generated content is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or relationship counselling. Menstrual cycles vary significantly between individuals, and our forecasts are estimates based on a standard 28-day cycle model. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Obtain appropriate consent from your partner before entering their personal health data.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Happy Husband is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Husband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
